Legal entity during the formation

As long as AI-ffective GmbH is not entered in the commercial register, ODCUS AG stands behind AI-ffective. It is the contracting party for every service offered here, it invoices, and it carries the liability. During this period AI-ffective operates as a brand of ODCUS AG.

Once the entry is made, the contracts transfer to AI-ffective GmbH. We will tell you before that happens.
